Background
Marlow Orchestra was formed by Tom and Hayley Horn in January 2014, so is a relatively new addition to the local area. The orchestra has played formal and informal concerts in a variety of venues in and around Marlow, such as the well equipped garden of The Ship pub as well as All Saints Church next to Marlow Bridge.
We play a wide repertoire catering for all standards. Our players include some relatively new to their instrument, some returning to their instrument after a long break and some semi professionals.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals take place from 7.30 to 9.00 on Thursday evenings at Christchurch URC, Quoiting Square, Oxford Rd, Marlow, SL7 2NL, followed by a social gathering in a pub nearby.
